I want to thank Mike and Moni for featuring me in their 120 Seconds segment of their great website (www.friendswelove.com). I appreciate the opportunity to express my thoughts on Art and how important art has been and continues to be in my life. I state that art saved my life because I feel it gave me a purpose in life and made me feel special growing up. It the midst of my surroundings I managed to breakthrough the temptations (the drug game, the streets, fast money) of what my hood had to offer me, and others like me in NYC; and instead focus on striving to make something of myself. In no way am I at the point where I want to be in my life but I’m diffidently on that road to get there.
